					<description><![CDATA[Timberline/Fernwood Neighborhood Watch Meeting is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Summit Fire Station #33, 6050 Firehouse Lane, off of Highway 89N, Flagstaff AZ. Coconino County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Jim Driscoll and Coconino County Supervisor Liz Archuleta will be there along with members of the CCSO staff to share information and encourage continued neighborhood participation. Chuck Jones, retired from the position of Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigations and is currently a Cold Case Investigator for the Sheriff’s Office will speak about investigating older unsolved homicide cases. In 2005, the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office developed a Cold Case Squad to review cases that have not been solved. There are over 28 unsolved homicide cases that occurred in Coconino County and which are being reviewed by the Cold Case Squad. Some of these cases date back to 1955 when many forensic tools were unavailable for investigations. All members of the squad are volunteers.
