Reynard alleged his wife’s fatal brain tumor was caused by her cell phone. Publicity about the Reynard case caused the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) to pledge $25 million for research to allay the public’s fears. The 2012 Bio Initiative report shows thousands of independent studies showing biological harm from electromagnetic radiation. Our government does not take a precautionary approach to new technology but subsidizes business that have no credible research in regard to the safety of the products sold. Buyer beware in all cases. The FDA and FCC have been captured by industry. Our politicians have ignored individual rights and are supporting big business at the cost of our health and the environment subjecting every living thing to unprecedented levels of electromagnetic pollution.

Thanks, Warren, for bringing this to light. Among your strong points the comparison with the dangers of smoking and public denial is perhaps the best example to refute the position taken by “Ryan.” Sometimes the only way to convince people is when they personally become victims.

Would you happen to have any statistical data on how damaging the many hours some people spend looking at those little machines is to eyesight? Another point to ponder.

This “article” is total huff and puff. I hope this was written as more of a joke than for anyone to take seriously. Every study that has come to light about this topic has been refuted and proven false by the scientific community. Even the title says it all: Major US Government Study… So was this study funded by the US Government and conducted by scientists under their payroll? Sounds completely subjective, along with this crap-fest of an article you wrote with it.
