A recent survey found there has been a 45% increase in the retirement rate and a nearly 20% increase in resignations from officers in 2020-2021 compared to the previous year, according to the Police Executive Research Forum.
Larger cities’ police departments have also struggled with staffing amid the anti-police sentiment and their local leaders supporting the defund the police movement last summer. But liberal leaders, like in Seattle, have recently reversed course and called for departments to be beefed up.
“As a city, we cannot continue on this current trajectory of losing police officers,” Mayor Jenny Durkan said during a press conference in July. “Over the past 17 months, the Seattle Police Department has lost 250 police officers, which is the equivalent of over 300,000 service hours. We’re on path to losing 300 police officers.”

Why did you post your comment about today under here but here goes my reply —- After President was scooted off, the press secretary came back out to answer the questions he couldn’t manage including fixing what he said before he walked off and how he said it. CNN has to make him look better and themselves look like journalists LMAO. Anybody say Cuomo?

NBC just broke away from the President’s live address to the nation about the two suicide attacks at Kabul airport today that killed a dozen and injured 15 of American military. Over 60 Afghani women and children and men were killed and many more injured. The President lied to us and blamed it on Trump. WTF?!?!?!! He never did what Trump wanted done since day one of his election!!! Obama said don’t ever underestimate Joe’s ability to F it up. Thank you former President Obama..Nailed it. This is President Biden FU and his administration failure.

New report said former Democrat California Senator Barbara Boxer was assaulted and robbed in Oakland on Monday afternoon. According to a statement on her Twitter account, Boxer was walking in Jack London Square when she was pushed from behind and robbed of her cell phone. The attacker then jumped into a waiting car. Boxer was not seriously injured. There is a reward of up to $2,000 for any information that might lead to an arrest in the case.

Wayne Dupree noted in his webcast today that her area had officially voted last week to defund its police by $18 million. Good job, Democrats and complacent voters who allow this. Maybe that @2K reward will go to the police who find your phone? No, didn’t think that might happen, but why not let Barbara find it on her own. After all that’s the kind of personal touch policing she advocates.

John Katko, ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee, said during a trip to the southern border that U.S. Border Patrol has apprehended individuals who were on the terrorist watchlist. “Individuals that they have on the watchlist for terrorism are now starting to exploit the southern border.”

Northern Arizona, you’ve planned for this kind of visitor? You voted for Biden and open borders and how this rolls. Kind of sucks Arizona’s front line welcome mat for gangs and terrorists or are you lying in the don’t wanna see, don’t wanna tell, don’t wanna know. Seriously people?

Our local law enforcement is the best and we appreciate them. We shouldn’t expect them to
handle more then keeping the peace. We have peace here because goodness rules our homes and streets and we don’t abide evil or incivility there. We have less than 4 thousand people here full time and our police deal with to many tourists and to much crime and to much property damage from out of towners.

Amazon Prime. Yesterday”Amazon” called me, asking me to renew my subscription. (Automated) Giving me the opportunity to press 1 2 or 3, to renew, or unsubscribe or whatever it was. The price was right at $119 per year so I thought how easy that would be, but Amazon doesn’t do but that way. (That I know of) Anyway I took to long to decide and soon the call ended. Thank goodness I was right to BeWare. I checked my account on line and it’s not due for another 6 mos.

So BeWare everyone. Somebody is out there after your Amazon prime account. Don’t do it.
