It doesn’t cost a thing to go to a real estate Company if you’re buying so to let somebody in your home who’s that stupid about getting a good home isn’t worth the chance of letting them cross the threshold! This just goes to show that a seller who doesn’t have the common sense to list his property with a professional is going to get taken by an amateur.

what’s the benefit of letting a buyer in your home that the real estate agent or the a real state agent company isn’t assuming liability for the people being in there?
