What : Share the Harvest Day at the Verde Valley Farmers’ Market

Purpose : As a customer, please donate non perishable food items / money at the Market, that will benefit the Sedona Community Food Bank. Our growers will then provide fresh produce for the Food Bank.

When : Saturday, September 24th, 2011 8:00 am until 12:00 noon

Where : Town Ramada, next to Fort Verde State Park, On Hollamon off of Main Street, Camp Verde, AZ.

The Verde Valley Farmers ’Market offers fresh seasonal produce grown within 50 miles of Camp Verde. Remember, Buy Local / Eat Fresh. Thanks for supporting our Market.

When recipes call for vegetable oil in large quantities, substitute thick applesauce instead. Does anybody else do this? It should be okay in this recipe.
