The city of Sedona should operate by a code of ethics. They don’t in my opinion. Giving special permissions, favors and money to any tom dick and harry who whines and begs for it is unfair and discriminatory.

Anyone with any touch of class wouldn’t be calling people out for a difference of opinion. You sound like the red rock snooze, sucner or trump.

Speaking of politics isn’t Sedona being dictated by those who bought and paid for the candidates that will keep the money flowing to non city organization – special interests to get there candidates in?

Sedona should have never become a city, they can’t operated with focus and stay out of buying likes. in my opinion

IMO “paybacks?” are the way the game goes. IMO I’ve seen it done.

IMO The city pays groups to get them to go along. They turn around and tell there members how to vote.

We saw this in the last election. The Library, Sedona Community Center. Sedona Chamber, Sedona Lodging and Sedona Recycles. They put in scare tactics that the funding coming from the city to these groups would stop, close or dramatically hurt them. They don’t play fair imo

They know it and play the game making the playing field unlevel.

This is why the chamber gets 2.5 million a year. they make up excuses to pay them. in return the chamber and their benefactors get those dollars in return, padding their pockets. They keep their employees in line and direct them to vote to maintain free money.

They spread hate, fake news and use others to keep the game going.

IMO they have destroyed Sedona. Greed rules sedona

You nailed it. Those on the take make sure their candidates are re elected. The rest of the voters don’t care or pay attention.

Take a look at all the candidates running for office that propose change. What? No one running? Shocking.

Sad, but Sedona is done as a lovely little town.

@the real deal Can you move on please? This is the same old stuff spewed by people for years. MOVE ON. It’s how the city rolls and it’s as corrupt as most cities but nobody has the balls to do anything about it and that includes the voters and the council and the nonprofits. They are all apparently satisfied because they’re like all Democrats and love power over the taxpayers pocketbooks. Until you end the Democrats control of this city, you’ll have to stand in line for your handout. That’s how they roll, that’s how it is.
