I’m not a medical doctor, but from everything I know, strangulation is very easily detected (most often even on the scene). Two different types of strangulation can occur. The cartoid artery can be blocked, but this requires proper amount of pressure and would show signs of it (bruising, etc.). This is the quickest and most efficient way. The other form of strangulation would be to block airflow, and subsequently crushing the trachea. Again…extensive bruising, internal damage, etc. Not even mentioning the much less complex ways of “murder” in that situation (drowning, broken neck, etc.)….*sigh* I digress.

This would have been discovered on the scene or VERY shortly afterwards, especially in the medical examination. Not six years later.

As crazy as it must seem; the fact is that alot of emotion, time, money must be put forth for all the truth to be aquired in the case. There appears to be alot of hard evidence on one side,But alot of family and friends say the suspect is harmless, & always has been. We know ot of a Individuals mindset, or personal desires deep inside their soul. Be it good, or evil towards people. It will most assuredly have its costs to both sides of the case. Either with the victims family, or suspects Family losing to the justice sysytem in the end. What will be most Important is how the jurors see the evidence, If and when we get to a trial phase in this case. That is how our judicial system will work for either party. This will not go away until it goes to trial, for there is no statute of limitation on murder. It must go through a court phase so both families have some closure to this Horrible event. So I for one will wait and watch as the Judicial system run the gauntlet and the pain of loss becomes real for either of these familes over the next 12 to 18 months….
