Sealed bids for the construction of the City Hall Drainage Project will be received in the Office of the City Engineer/Public Works, located at 104 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona, until 2:00 p.m. local time, November 9, 2012.

At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Public Works Department Conference Room. Bidders are invited, but not required, to be present at the bid opening.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 1, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the Vultee Conference Room, 106 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona.

The required deposit per set of plan documents is $50.00 and may be purchased at the Office of the City Engineer.

Downloaded documents may not be returned to the City of Sedona for any deposited refund. If plan documents are downloaded, the City will not be responsible for providing up-to-date information through the website or other communication methods.
