As the next traffic mess commences remember this day – February 27th.

Crimean Tatars are a Muslim ethnic minority indigenous to the Crimean Peninsula, on the northern coast of the Black Sea. In 1944, all 180,000 Crimean Tatars living in Crimea were forced onto cattle trains and exiled to Uzbekistan under the orders of bloodthirsty dictator Joseph Stalin known for killing millions of his own people. It is estimated that about half the Crimean Tatars died either during the journey to Uzbekistan or from subsequent disease and starvation during their first two years in exile. When Ukraine became a democracy, many of the remaining Crimean Tatars returned to their homeland with tears of joy and integrated into the business and social communities. Now they are terrified and fearful of Russian persecution and exile to Russia’s Muslim territories if the invasion of Ukraine happens. Where do you stand, liberals of America?

Today North Korea threatened to send a nuke to the west coast. Guess you guys ought to be worried about more than tchotskis and tourists? How about food and medical supplies to feed and tend your citizens? Take their tax dollars and buy and stock up safely Sedona resident’s food and medicines for a few years until the earth isn’t scorched? Guns and ammo for protection and hunting food in the forests and protecting their homes? After 9-11, the government said closing I-17 would protect the north from invaders from the valley. Better check that out now with drones watching your every move.

And how many people actually care what YOU think, write, or do? You apparently enjoy adding fuel to this fire. How about you run for mayor or city council? Or are you already perched upon one of the thrones? Or maybe a staff member on city payroll??

Instead of affordable housing how about another city operated casino (besides City Hall)? This time it could not only serve as a sanctuary for the growing number of homeless people who prefer to remain unemployed (job offers are abundant in case ya didn’t know) but also assure steady users for the proposed transit system. Since past efforts were all a flop, this might just be the jackpot? But for whom?

Could it be possible the outcome of this year’s election might very well provide the answer to the question of who will be having fun for at least the next four years?

Primary reason? Pedestrians crossing SR179 at Tlaquepaque! Brilliant planning. Let the talented morons at Sedona City Hall explain that one. Oh! Wait just a moment. It will soon be corrected when they use that “temporary half-cent sales tax increase” to provide ….. Guess what? A TRANSIT SYSTEM.

Seems 2/3 of this nation now believe the left and President and VP haven’t gotten the message (like in this city) that they’re headed in the wrong direction?! Wake up councilors. We don’t need ADUs for a tourist economy that’s declining due to your policies and lack of vision to be able to keep Sedona beautiful.

Transit systems aren’t temporary and neither are any temporary taxes. Remembering Elon Musk comment seen on Tee shirts “The most permanent government program is a temporary one.”

You can’t be that much of a fool to believe city Council will let you keep what they picked from your pockets? Transit? You are fools if you think that’s worth paying for here. Elect me and give me a bus to haul your money away in.
