Your Opinion on the Red Rock Pass is Needed Now! Visit http://www.redrockcountry.org/passes-and-permits/index.shtml

If you look on the left side of the website page above you will see a line that says evaluate our service. I would urge all those who feel so inclined to comment to do so.

OR Google Red Rock Pass Program evaluation site: http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/coconino/contact/redrock-index.shtml

Add in the Message or enquiry box at the bottom something like: "I would like to see the Red Rock Pass Program remain unchanged, but make sure you have all 6 of the listed amenities in place at all the appropriate locations. "

Now that it's an Open House, the FS's usual strategy would be to place exhibits all around the room, with an FS person "hosting" each one, and try to keep people moving through looking at them. They don't want people to stay long, that minimizes the chances that the...y (we) will congregate in numbers big enough to turn it into a "real" meeting. So the longer people can stay, the better. Instead of using the Delphi Technique countermeasures, at an Open House it's better to gather together with others of similar opinions and pepper each official with difficult questions to see if you can get some real answers.
