Last week, TUSK and other pro-solar groups marched to APS’s headquarters with a gift. We can’t let APS or any other utility sneak in unfair solar fees without due process.

If you haven’t already, please send a letter to the Arizona Corporation Commission. Tell them to stick to their word about solar rates and to oppose utility attempts to raise rates on solar customers who are producing energy:

Please take a moment to tell the ACC to stick to their word, and only discuss solar rates in the proper venue — a rate case.
