Our business account bank managers instructed us how to endorse checks for deposits.
My business partner and I had a dispute on 7/17/12.
I returned to Philadelphia on 8/5/12, after attempting to resolve dispute to no avail.
The account was frozen on 8/31/12 with approximately $ 186,000 in account balance.
When I inquired about the account, I was told that Chase could no longer discuss any matters with me because I was deleted from the account, this being done without my consent in any matter. I later discovered that my partner had removed me from the account without my consent.

I received a letter from the Insurance commission shortly thereafter informing me of an investigation into Ace’s business practices focusing on improper check endorsement procedures, although we followed bank protocol.

After an administrative hearing in 12/2013 my insurance license was revoked for one year. Outside of tarnishing my professional reputation, I have incurred a monumental loss of income due to this situation.

Any help shall be greatly appreciated. I am looking for an attorney to take case on a contingency fee basis. I have been instructed that the statute of limitations for a breach of contract claim is 6 years.
