Eddie — Don’t get your hopes up. The AG did not have much choice in the Smith case. No wiggle room at all. Smith herself admitted to recusing herself from various ACC votes. That’s the same as admitting she had a conflict of interest. The thing is this: by law an ACC commissioner can’t be conflicted. Recusing does not let a commissioner off that hook.

How about we watch this action very closely to find out if it’s still possible for justice to be effectively served? If so, hope might, just might, be restored for other misdeeds to also be subjected to equal scrutiny by appropriate authority. It’s long overdue.

For the past week or so a man has been in the mobile home park I live in to change out the electric meters. There was no explanation given as to why these were being changed. I have not received a bill from APS yet this month. It is late so I called today and was advised there had to be a manual adjustment done with my billing because a new meter was installed. What is going on??
