First you wonder and then you “guess” what Nancy Lattanzi makes each year? If you want to earn any kind of credibility on this or any site, please try not to “guess”.

If you have read past postings or even followed the elimination of the Commissions and the new engagement plan, you would know that Lauren Browne and Nancy Lattanzi are PART TIME employees making under $40K each year.

If you learn anything from this site, you should write more like Eddie who speaks from past experiences and knowledge. Maybe, just maybe, you’ll someday gain the same respect that Eddie has. I personally love to read all of her postings.

If you had really followed this site and the council meetings back then, you would know that one of the MANY issues with the Arts Commission was that members rarely showed up to make their meetings. When the Military Park was being built, they had to wait almost 9 months to get everyone together just to vote on some artwork. Realistically only 2 of those members were truly dedicated.

Question: why does this little town need a person (Nancy lattanzi) to be “paid” to promote what was always promoted, for free, prior to Council eliminating the Arts Commish…. your question is even more salient given that the council got rid of the arts commish – as I recall – because the commissions were costing the City too much money………wow! do you think that commission was costing $50 to $60k a year? another Jeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz moment in time.

She may be an exceptional individual and a joy to all. Still, why does a city of 10,000 people need an arts and culture coordinator?

Think its great you somehow redeemed yourself (after some bad behavior and a taxpayer paid for Retreat where you had to listen to your failings) to gain some respect from your fellow council members but as I recall you have virtually no more strength of your vote than the other 6.

also, a Moment of Silence is just that vs everyone shake hands. Jeezzzzzzzzzzzzzz Rob – guess my biggest question is do you have any respect for anything or is it all just about You?
