Due to weather conditions this past weekend, the litter recovery for Scenic Highway 89A and Highway 260 has been extended to February 25, 26 and 27. Tire Pro Automotive will recover all collected litter bags for both highways in the morning hours of February 27th and deliver them to Rusty&#039;s Morningstar Ranch for processing and recycling. 
 
Panda Express is rewarding these efforts with (100), buy one, and get one free, 2 entrée meals for all of those who participate in the February litter recovery effort.To qualify for this offer, present the staff at the Cottonwood Panda Express with a copy of your ADOT Adopt-A-Highway “Activity Report” and a copy of this press release.
