It included an interview of an eye witness (old man) who said the planes deliberately flew out of their way to target crops and the civilian population. Of course, the people including children who were sprayed died a painful death, and the drops were toxic to eat. Agent Orange was chemical warfare.

As a Vietnam veteran, It’s too bad that most of us are of an age (68 in my case) that we may not have the energy to address this issue and put up with all the red tape plus frustration to address this issue.

I’ve attended many Vietnam reunions over the past years and had conversations on this topic (agent orange) plus the other known chemical that were used and conveniently ignored by our government.

Government risk management means ignore something long enough and the issue will go away with the passing of those that served our country.

At times I wonder what chemicals our post Vietnam Armed Forces members were exposed to and how history will treat them.
