Volunteers Sought for Sedona Historic Preservation Commission

The City of Sedona is currently seeking two volunteers to fill vacancies on the
Historic Preservation Commission.  If you are interested in local history, have
some free time, and want to get involved in education, outreach, and helping to
preserve Sedona’s past, this is the opportunity for you.

The commission meets just once a month on the second Monday at 4:00 p.m.  The
commission works to preserve significant buildings and sites, hosts special
recognition events, and educates the community.  Interested individuals do not
need to have any specialized background or experience to join this dynamic
commission.

information or email KLevin@SedonaAZ.gov. Application packets are available from
the City Clerk at Courthouse Plaza, 102 Roadrunner Drive, on the city website at
www.SedonaAZ.gov under Board and Commission Vacancies, or by calling (928)
282-3113.   Completed applications are due by Friday, June 11, 2010 by 5:00 p.m.
