Sedona AZ (May 6, 2014) – Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has begun accepting applications for the position of Clerk of the Superior Court in Yavapai County. A vacancy exists due to the loss of Sandra Markham, who passed away on April 28, 2014.

“Sandra has served the Court and citizens of Yavapai County with great integrity and dedication for nearly three decades, including the past three years as Clerk of Court,” said Governor Brewer. “My thoughts and prayers are with Sandra’s loved ones, especially her husband and daughters, during this heartbreaking time.”

Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on May 27, 2014. A copy of the applications and instructions for applying can be found at www.azgovernor.gov.
