Sedona Hosts Open House on Parks Alcohol Policy

Sedona AZ (March 20, 2010) – The City of Sedona Department of Parks and Recreation will host an open house to accept comments on a draft alcohol policy for City parks. Community input on the draft alcohol policy will be considered by the Parks and Recreation Commission and the City Council when it comes forward for their consideration.

The Open House will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Vultee Conference Room at City Hall, 102 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona. This is an opportunity for park user groups and citizens to express opinions on the draft policy on a drop-in basis.

Comment cards will be available during the Open House. If you are unable to attend the open house, comments will be accepted by telephone or email until Friday, April 9, 2010. Copies of the draft will be available at the open house and on the City’s website at www.SedonaAZ.gov by Tuesday, March 30, 2010.
