Flagstaff AZ (December 3, 2012) – Coconino County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a fifty seven year-old man of Scottsdale, Arizona who appeared to have a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head. The subject was found inside his vehicle parked at Fort Tuthill County Park three miles south of Flagstaff, Arizona.
