The very young, seniors and persons with weak immune systems are the most susceptible to foodborne illness. 1. Hello to the readers.

In this day and age workers should be forced to wash hands after going to the bathroom because that’s where e coli contamination comes from, feces. We can say the four letter word (deleted) but not mandate other four letter words like wash and soap?

People from other countries don’t follow our American high standards of hygiene. They must.

Remember how they made fun of Americans at the Olympics for wanting clean towels and wash cloths and sheets and machines to wash clothes?

Who is it that brings America bed bugs, lice, e coli, salmonella, shingles, TB, polio, measles, leprosy, reeking body odors? I never smelled an unclean body in a restaurant or a smoker that I could forgot how the smell spoilt the taste of my food and left me wanting a bathe and to wash my clothes. I never watched a waiter with dirty nails or lots of tattooes that I could forget to wonder if the food he brought had Hep C or worse contamination. I’m an old nurse and I’ve seen it all. I spent my youth in Canada and to return to the provinces has me wanting to dispense anti perspirants by the caseload to the uneduated. This is the tip of the filth iceberg and we need to return to past excellent hygiene standards. We must begin to educate hygiene standards from birth on.

    From the Grand Canyon. MGH

  2. why does this keep happening because food isnt safe anymore & need to hold corporations & government accountable;;; need to boycott unsafe & unclean food providers;;;;buy local & fresh produce & meats & better vegan & the local food markets. DEMAND SAFE FOOD (NAU)
