Prescott Arizona Level 2 Sex Offender Alert

Level 2 Sex Offender Charles Alan Larmore

Prescott AZ (October 20, 2012) – The Prescott Arizona Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to ARS 13-3825, the Community Notification on Sex Offenders Law.

The Level 2 sex offender in this notification, Charles Alan Larmore, has indicated that he will be living within the City of Prescott.

Larmore was born November 2, 1981 and is 5’6″ tall weighing approximately 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Larmore is homeless in the area of Willow Creek Road and Sandretto Drive, Prescott Arizona 86301 and indicates that he has no vehicle.

In 2003, Charles Larmore was convicted of Sexual Conduct with a Minor in Mohave County Arizona. Larmore inappropriately touched a seven year old female.

Larmore spent 6.5 years in Arizona Department of Corrections.

It is the responsibility of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer having jurisdiction where the offender resides to notify the community. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from the Arizona State Prison, accepted under an interstate compact or released from the county jail back into the community.

Offenders are categorized into three levels: Level One (low risk to the community), Level Two (intermediate risk to the community) and Level Three (high risk to the community).

Charles Alan Larmore has been convicted of a sex offense which allows for community notification. Notification was made through the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Department. 

Larmore is not wanted by the Prescott Police Department at this time.

THIS NOTIFICATION IS NOT INTENDED TO INCREASE FEAR; RATHER IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT AN INFORMED COMMUNITY IS A SAFER COMMUNITY. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass sex offenders will not be tolerated.
