Sedona AZ (June 7, 2013) – The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court has ordered that attorney Cameron M. Hall of Phoenix be suspended from the practice of law for four years. 

On May 13, 2013, the judge accepted an agreement for discipline by consent between Cameron M. Hall and the State Bar of Arizona and ordered his suspension retroactive to September 13, 2012.

Hall abandoned his law practice, which resulted in abandoned client cases and failure to return unearned fees. He also failed to respond to the State Bar of Arizona’s investigation, which found a pattern of misconduct and multiple offenses.

He was ordered to pay $9,000 in complainant restitution and $2,213.30 to the State Bar of Arizona for costs and expenses incurred during its investigation. In addition, Hall must participate in fee arbitration with clients who file a petition for fee arbitration. If reinstated, Hall will be placed on probation for two years and will be required to participate in the Bar’s Member Assistance Program (MAP).
