NPG Cable Franchise Transfer Notice

Sedona AZ (February 16, 2011) – The Sedona City Council will consider the application of SuddenLink Communications to assume the current franchise of NPG Cable through a stock purchase agreement at its regular meeting on March 8, 2011 beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Interested persons within the franchise area may submit written comments and attend the public hearing.  The due date for any written comments is Monday, March 7, 2011.

Discussion at the hearing will be limited to the compliance with the terms and conditions of the existing agreement.  There will not be any revisions or provisions concerning programming and channel lineups, although NPG Cable has indicated there will be programming rate increases effective February 1, 2011.
