Sedona AZ (September 3, 2014) –  Don’t miss out! In order to inscribe a Veteran’s name on the Sedona Military Service Park granite walls by Veteran’s Day 2014, the City of Sedona Parks and Recreation Department must receive the documented application before October 6, 2014.

The inscription application form is found on the City’s website at www.SedonaAz.gov/Parks. The form clearly explains what documentation is necessary with the application. If requested, the City Parks and Recreation department will also mail a form.
