The Coconino County Sheriff’s deputy stationed in the Forest Lakes community was dispatched, along with the Heber Overgaard Fire Department, after receiving an emergency call about a man who had fallen from the Mogollon Rim. Upon the Sheriff’s deputy’s arrival and with the assistance of medical personnel on the scene, a determination was made that Mr. Frazier died from injuries sustained as a result of his fall.
