Sedona AZ (January 27, 2013) – The Sedona Heritage Museum presents Michael Peach in a performance of his new original show “Deceptions, Lies and Alibis” on Saturday, February 1, at 1:30 in the afternoon. The show will feature Peach’s unique blend of original cowboy poetry with a tongue-in-cheek look at Arizona and local history.

“Strange tales have been told by those who rode Arizona’s rugged trails. And sometimes a fact ain’t exactly exact when you scrutinize details,” so says the award-winning actor, playwright and historian.

Mike spins tales using jokes, stories, first person narrative, and original poems to explore the colorful history of our state. “If whiskey was their quest, men knew that the best came from Bill’s still outside of Sedona.”

Women of the West aren’t ignored in his new show. “Fashion demands the ultimate price, ranchers wrangle a dragon, a con man rides a tornado, a super-powered horse gets distracted, and a frustrated businesswoman gets a leg up on the law.”

Informative and entertaining, Mike’s one hour shows have long been a favorite of university, state and national parks, and historically-oriented audiences. Tickets are $6, with children under 12 free. Museum admission is separate.
