Liberty Free Enterprise and Limited Government

booksSedona AZ (November 20, 2014) – Attorneys from the Goldwater Institute will discuss Liberty, Free Enterprise and Constitutionally Limited Government on Thursday, December 4, 2014, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Canyon Trails Cowboy Church, 3132 White Bear Road, Sedona, Arizona.

During the event, attorneys from the Goldwater Institute will examine the following issues:

  • Is there an end to union abuses?
Goldwater Institute is fighting back against unions driving worker salaries and pension benefits up so high that it threatens to bankrupt cities across America. What is Goldwater doing to stop “release time”, “pension spiking” and other abusive practices?
  • Are there more options for school choice for our Arizona children and grandchildren?
Goldwater has designed Educational Savings Accounts that save taxpayers money and expand choice. How do they work and who qualifies?
  • How can we push back against federal land overreach?
Goldwater is using the 10th Amendment to protect the Health and Safety of Tombstone, Arizona, residents fighting the U.S. Forest Service. How can our community learn from this litigation?
