Sedona AZ (July 15, 2013)Mark your calendars for a Concert of Praise and Worship at the Calvary Chapel, 465 South Calvary Way, Cottonwood, on Friday, September 6, at 7 PM. It’s a free concert and everyone is welcome.

Deborah Kline and Vince Iantorno, husband and wife, have been ministering in both Messianic Jewish and Christian congregations since 2000. Their music is a contemporary fusion of Latin and Middle Eastern rhythms, pop, rock, ballads, liturgy and some Hebrew that encourages corporate worship and, yes, even Messianic Davidic dance. They have also recorded a full length CD in Spanish.

Most importantly all songs are inspired by the Word of God.

“Our heart is to honor God by keeping the Jewish culture perspective of our faith. We minister internationally in churches sharing testimony and encouraging a deeper understanding of the Jewish roots of Christianity, as well as in Messianic congregations. Ultimately, we strive to reach out to the Jewish community and beyond through our music, presenting the good news of our Messiah Yeshua (Jesus). See (Isa. 52:7-9 and Rom. 10:14-15).”

  1. The community is invited to attend the “No Talent Talent Show & Ice Cream Social” on Saturday, July 20th at 6:00 p.m. This summer event will be held at the Sedona United Methodist Church located at 110 Indian Cliffs Road in Sedona. The admission is free to everyone in the community.

The “No Talent Talent Show” will feature members of the congregation at the Sedona United Methodist Church. There will be singers, short skits, joke tellers and many other surprises during the evening. After the show, guests are invited to stay for an ice cream social. It will be an evening of fellowship and fun.

Although the admission to the event is free, donations will gladly be accepted. All of the proceeds will be donated to the United Methodist Church’s effort “Imagine No Malaria”, a program to eradicate malaria in Africa, where the disease takes one life every minute. Malaria is 100% preventable and treatable. The church, working with partner organizations has developed a comprehensive plan of eradication that includes distributing treated mosquito netting, draining standing water, improving sanitation, educating community workers and improving access to medication.

  2. At Beth Messiah (“Meshiach” in Hebrew) where Jew and Gentile worship Hashem (G-d) together, you will learn more about the Hebraic roots of Christianity in the Bible!

As a messianic congregation, it is our desire to create an environment where the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and His Messiah can be proclaimed by Jew and Gentile together with an emphasis on the Hebraic roots, grounded in both the Torah and the New Covenant.

We meet for Erev Shabbat service at 6 pm, the first Friday of the month. If you would like more information, please email Mark at bethmessiahcottonwood@gmail.com.

Our prayer is that you will be blessed by Hashem in every part of the service to the praise and worship, Davidic dance, and teaching message.

Everyone is welcomed to stay after the service for Oneg (which means great food and fellowship). Come and see what the grace of Hashem has done. We look forward to seeing you soon!

It would be a joy to have you worship with us as we give praise to Yeshua the Messiah (“Jesus” in Hebrew). Our Erev Shabbat services are held held the first Friday of every month, 6:00 pm, at Calvary Chapel Cottonwood, 465 South Calvary Way, Cottonwood, AZ 86326 (928) 634-4100

Next Erev Shabbat service will be Friday, September 6, 6:00 pm followed immediately by a special performance by Deborah Kline-Iantorno at 7:00 pm. See this website (use search word Kline) and its calendar for performance information.
