Folksville USA: Cleaning Our Roads One at a Time

Dear Readers,

I'm currently on a ten week trip across and throughout America
to tell our anti-litter story.

I will be in Washington DC on 8/28/2010 and in New York for seven
to ten days (after 8/28/2010)speaking with news media organizations
discussing our Arizona Folksville USA story.

My current travels and observations now indicate and confirm
that the state of Arizona have the dirtiest highways in America.
Based on the Adopt-A-Highway activity reports requested and received
from the Arizona Risk Management Department indicate that several Permittee's
in the Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, Camp Verde area are under-performing and
are AOL (absent without litter).

Folksville USA is breathing life into our Adopt-A-Highway Program
without much help from our Arizona Adopt-A-Highway Coordinator.
They tell us that the AZ program is just fine! Look around and see if you agree.

I would like to debate this claim with Arizona's AAH Coordinator, how about a debate?
How about meeting with us? Do you not work for the taxpayer?

This email is a reminder that every citizen must work together to
restore the beauty to America the Beautiful.

Does the Adopt-A-Highway program in your state honor its commitment
to the taxpayer?

Is your state Adopt-A-Highway properly managed?
Do the people (Permittee's) whose names are on the highway signs
honor their commitment to the taxpayers?

On the American road again,
Gary Chamberlain

Mayor Folksville, USA
(928) 202-1186

Contributions to the Folksville USA effort can be made by visiting Randall’s Restaurant in Cottonwood, AZ.
Randall’s is the site of the Folksville USA Town Hall so come on in for a meal and a visit.

    Sedona Times readers:

I am now in Washington DC with Veterans and there was a delightful woman–from of all places “Cornville AZ” –that I met among those thousands of people!

    Unbelievable good luck!
