You are signed up to receive updates on the Soldiers Pass Motorized Use project on the Red Rock Ranger District of the Coconino National Forest. We are pleased to announce a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) has been developed for this project and is available for review.

Please visit the “Analysis” section of www.fs.usda.gov/project/?project=38555 to review the EA and for a letter with instructions on how to comment on this project.

Note that the letter describing how to comment on this project lists an expected date of March 30, 2016 for publication of the legal notice in the Red Rock News. The legal notice initiates a formal 30-day comment period on this project. We now anticipate the legal notice to publish on April 1, 2016.
