City of Sedona Teen Center Available to Rent

Sedona AZ (December 13, 2014)The Sedona Teen Center, 525-B Posse Ground Road in west Sedona, is available to rent. This 4,522 square foot space is perfect for events, parties, wedding receptions, meetings and much more.

Amenities include a refrigerator, restrooms, and a large balcony with one of the most spectacular views in Sedona. The Teen Center is located within Posse Grounds Park, which also includes beautifully maintained softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts and playgrounds, not to mention the dog park, skate park, and nearby community pool. It’s a great location for a birthday party that is within walking distance of the skate park and playground.

Rental times of the teen center are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at $25 per hour for non-profit organizations, $30 per hour for private parties, and $35 for commercial/profit-making events (deposits not included). To rent the Teen Center, contact the City of Sedona Parks and Recreation Department at 928-282-7098.

  1. Yes, it’s about time the city did something smart for a change. It was stupid for them to agree to accept the failing “Teen Center” at the time the benefactors so graciously “donated” it to the city. It’s been no more than a costly white elephant ever since. Rent it out and finally maybe recover enough money even if just for maintenance.

    And in the future keep in mind this “Teen Center” tale of woe when the next Team Generous comes up with a plan for a Sedona Art Museum and then down the road offers it as a gift to the city.

    What happened to the idea of taking care of what we already have? Like keeping safe roads? That doesn’t mean slipping and sliding on ice. Where are the plows that used to come around after snow storms?
