Sacred Circus Arts classes intentionally integrate mindfulness and playfulness to create a unifying experience for the mind and body, right and left brains, and internal and external awareness. The foundations of hatha yoga and martial arts are utilized to teach body alignment and coordination while developing juggling, hooping, poi spinning and staff whirling skills.
Toys become tools and spontaneity emerges from disciplined practice. Students are expected to develop confidence, balance, and relationships as they build upon skills to co-create a performance over the course of each six week session.
