Sedona AZ (January 24, 2014) – Sealed bids for the construction of the AAA Industrial Park Drainage Project will be received in the Office of the City Engineer/Public Works, located at 104 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona 86336 until 2:00 p.m. local time, February 20, 2014. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Public Works Department Conference Room. Bidders are invited, but not required, to be present at the bid opening.
Description of the project: Construction of three 8′ x 12′ box culverts, customized inlet and outlet structures, and all associated appurtenances.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on February 3, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in the Vultee Conference Room at 106 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, AZ.
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the Office of the City Engineer/Public Works. The required deposit per set of plans and specifications is $50.00 or you may download the Contract Documents by clicking on the following links. Downloaded documents may not be returned to the City of Sedona for any deposited refund. If plan documents are downloaded, the City will not be responsible for providing up-to-date information through the website or other communication methods.
