ALERT – Elderly Prescott Woman Walks Away From Care Home

prescott policeSedona AZ (June 20, 2016) – The Prescott Police Department is seeking the help of the public to locate and check the welfare of an elderly female with dementia. GERLEAN MAE LANGFORD, an 86 year old white female with an advanced Alzheimer’s diagnosis. She was last seen at approximately 6:00 P.M. this evening at the Mountain View Manor Care facility, located at 1045 Sandretto Drive in Prescott. She is described as being approximately 5’2”, 135 pounds, with short white hair, wearing a long sleeved white shirt with a floral pattern and black pants. Gerlean is an avid walker and is extremely social.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Gerlean and checking her welfare. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Prescott Police Department at (928) 777-1900 or call 9-1-1.
