11th Annual Camp Verde Pecan, Wine and Antiques Festival

The Camp Verde Downtown Main Street Festival will be held February 11th – 13th, 2011 in the southwestern Arizona town that is home to the historic Fort Verde State Park. The festival is an annual Verde Valley tradition highlighting locally grown pecans and Arizona wines, and will feature an antique car show. Area artisans and antiques vendors will offer wares for sale. Enjoy four stages of daily entertainment by local musicians while sampling tasty pecan dishes! 

An absolute must-see at the historic Fort Verde State Park is a vintage baseball game and pecan pie eating contest followed by a reenactment by the famous Buffalo Soldiers ($4 admission).


The Lions are sponsoring the Car Show on Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.


On Friday, February 11th, musicians Jazz a’la Mode will appear from Noon to 2:30 PM on the Ramada Stage, followed by a second show on the same stage on Saturday at 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.


The price of the admission for the 11th Annual Camp Verde Pecan, Wine and Antiques Festival is $12.50 each which includes tasting coupons and a commemorative wine glass. Festival hours are Friday from Noon until 5 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
